Utilizing your venues bar, sit back, relax and be a guest at your own event! All of our bartenders are skillful, talented and experienced professionals. We want to ensure you and your guests have nothing less than an over the "top shelf" experience throughout your event. We offer full service, professional bartenders and add-on mixer packages to complete your bar menu. We provide complete setup, tear down, and clean-up. This service requires a 4hr minimum booking duration.
Basic Bartender Package Includes:
This Package does not include any ice, mixers, cups, napkins etc. Add-ons available.
Additional Bartenders can be added to any package for an additional $50/hr. per bartender.

Base Price: $200
We provide professional bartenders and a mobile bar for parties of any size. Our staff is fully trained and covered by both liquor and general liability insurance. We handle everything needed for full bar service including specialty drink design, alcohol ordering support, and can provide all equipment needed for your full bar to include supplies such as: a portable bar, mobile ice bin, acrylic glassware, napkins, straws, and of course talented and experienced staff.

When you just want the basics but you still need the best, we offer a Beer, Wine and Hard Seltzer Only package that is perfect for any event! For the beer, we host bottled and canned beer including common choices or even your local favorites.
The Beer and Wine Package Includes:
We will provide you with a shopping list to choose up to 2 white and 2 red wines, 3 beers, and 2 hard seltzers.

Not seeing what you need? We understand some events fall outside our package offerings. No worries, we can customize your package. Mixi Chix is happy to work with you to create a custom package that meets all of your event needs and preferences.

For Dry Hire Only: Reminder that we are a dry hire company, alcohol is not included and must be provided by the client. Upon completion of menu design, a shopping list will be provided to aid in accurate purchasing and to reduce over/under buying. All unopened liquids will be returned to the client at the completion of service.
There is a 4 hour minimum for all packages. Additional Fees will apply depending on guest count and staffing needs. Details will be on quote. *50% deposit due at time of booking to book your date with us. All deposits are non-refundable.
A tip jar is included to allow for guest gratuity. For clients who prefer a tip jar not be displayed and for events in which a tip jar is not appropriate, a host gratuity will be added to the base price.
Additional bartenders are required for attendance numbers exceeding 50 guests, depending on package and other variables. Beverage service requires a properly sized service station to accommodate our needs. Please ask us for more information.
Any additional beverage-related products (if requested) are an extra fee. Additional charges apply for add-on services, holidays (incl. days immediately before/after), travel, and for additional bartenders and service times. A late night surcharge applies to events running later than 12:00 am. Please read our FAQ for more information.
